CMSS Application of Interest

The Council of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS) is now accepting applications for the a Public Member.

The Public Member should provide patient perspectives and the voice of the public in the CMSS board’s deliberations and decision-making. The public member will increase the board's accountability and responsiveness to the patient community. CMSS encourages patients and leaders of patient groups to apply.

Please review the special Call for Leadership Applications, which includes details on the openings, requirements, and terms. Applications are due April 28, 2026.

The CMSS Nominating Committee will review the applicants and make recommendations to the CMSS Board of Directors.
